Dear Parent/Guardian,

We will be utilizing Sylogist for online enrollment for the 2025-2026 school year. The login will be the same as your login for the gradebook. Enrollment will not open until July, so you won’t see it available yet. Once it opens, you’ll see a tab if you can log in successfully. Pre-K and new student enrollment will be handled in person with paper forms, as these students are not yet in the system. We will post updates on Facebook and the homepage once enrollment is open. Since the school is closed in July, we are working now to ensure everyone can log in ahead of time.

Please prepare by:

Before the end of this school year login and ensure your student(s) is/are listed. If they are not, please call the office.
Installing the app on your phone or tablet, or bookmarking the site on your computer. The website is https://oked.sylogist.com/FortCobb
If you cannot login, please request a password reset.
Enable the Account Recovery option. Setting up Account Recovery allows you to gain access without having to wait for us to reset your account.
1. The steps for account recovery listed are below.
  1. Click account at the top of your Gradebook login screen.
  2. Under settings choose change setting
  3. Enable and setup account recovery.

To reset or set up your gradebook/enrollment account, please email rwade@fcbmustangs.com with your name and your student’s name. You only need to submit a single request, as all your students should be linked. If any students are missing from your account, please contact the office at 405-643-2334.
