Enrollment forms will be available on line July 17th. There are additional hard copy enrollment forms that require original signatures which will be available during enrollment. All enrollment forms (on-line & hard copy) must be completed and submitted before your child is officially enrolled at FCB School. Students new to Fort Cobb-Broxton School (did not complete the previous year at FCB) must provide a birth certificate, shot record, social security number and proof of residence.
The lunch program requires all self-pay students to pay $50.00 during enrollment. The payment method again this year is on a prepaid status so it is important that students remember to keep their lunch account prepaid in order to receive meals.
